While we're disappointed when any member wants to terminate his or her membership, we want to make it easy to cancel when you're ready to leave us. Because we have two different billing companies, and several different billing options, you need to supply us with as much information as possible when trying to cancel. There are automated forms which you should try first. If these do not work, please contact us at billing support with the following information:
iBill customers should be able to cancel by clicking the button below. If this does not work, try going directly to their customer support site at www.ibillcs.com. Make sure to send your subscription cancellation request before the next rebilling date if you do not want your membership to continue. It is a good idea to send this at least 2 days before the rebilling date to insure you're not billed again. If however, a billing occurs after your initial cancellation request, we will offer a credit for that billing as a courtesy to our members. You MUST have some form of an e-mail from us showing we received your cancellation request to receive any credits, so PLEASE save all cancellation correspondence indefinitely. Finally, make sure you copy all our previous correspondence into all your e-mails so that it's easier to reference prior conversations.
